The SACCO CEO provides the general oversight of all the activities and ensures organizational stability through the development and implementation of standards, controls, systems, procedures and regular evaluation. He advices the board on the market, environment trends, issues, challenges and activities to facilitate policy making. He keeps the board abreast on the conditions of the Sacco and on all the important factors influencing its performance while maintaining a work environment that recruits, retains and supports quality staff.Fiscal activities of the Sacco include promoting high level products and services that address the diverse needs of members. To achieve this objective, the CEO works seamlessly with a team of managers to ensure timely attention to core issues: The Deputy C.E. O/Head of Finance, the Head of Business Development, the ICT Manager, the Human Resource, the Internal Audit Manager, the Head of Credit and the Head of Business Support.
