Requirements to start the Onboarding process

National ID
Clear images for both Front and Back of ID well captured and framed
Customer Official Signature
Customer should have an image his/her signature captured on a plain piece of paper
Passport Photo
A well framed, clean passport photo for the customer is required
Account Entry Fee
Customer is required to pay at least KES 650 from his/her Mpesa account to complete the onboarding process.
